BACKGROUND
A Delaware Valley native and graduate of Chestnut Hill College in Philadelphia, Jennifer Bryan has always had an entrepreneur spirit beginning with her first business as a mobile homemade snow cone vender at age ten. As a professional, Jennifer has been a local business owner for over twelve years. She has earned the following professional licenses: Real Estate Agent, Mortgage Broker, Health/Life Insurance, Series 6, and Series 63 she is a published poet. For ten years leading up to Jennifer earning her Real Estate license, she secured a reputation for providing skilled and practical guidance as an award winning insurance consultant and mortgage professional. These years of experience in the mortgage and insurance industries, give her clients the competitive advantage.

Jennifer successfully merged her passion for the environment and professional career. She has studied the relationship between the properties in which we live and work and our health and the environment. Many years of classes and workshops as well as the practical experience of remodeling her own energy efficient, sustainable home has culminated to her elite certification as an Ecosociate™. This professional certification provides a complete curriculum of energy and environmental training to licensed real estate agents. This unique training and experience in sustainable buildings enables Jennifer to share a practical assessment of the existing and potential efficiency of a property with her clients. Ten years of mortgage experience prepared Jennifer to holistically help her clients navigate the entire property buying process from finding and financing the right property.
PHILOSOPHY
Jennifer is proud to practice a sustainable business model. She believes in and lives the Triple Bottom Line principals whereby people and the planet are as important as profits. Green does not need to be expensive and it is not a designer fad, green is sensible. Jennifer’s holistic and green approach to real estate is not only environmentally responsible but fiscally as well.
Giving back to the community is part of that philosophy. In addition to her many hours of volunteering for local environmental causes like stream clean up and wetland restoration planting, Jennifer also served on the Board of Katrina Fund, a charitable organization fundraising for victims of hurricane Katrina.
Jennifer is a knowledgeable advocate for her clients. Service does not stop at the closing table. The real estate market and green technology is fluid, she sees her job to stay on top of the latest information that affects homeowners and share that news in a concise manner.
